You are buying a share of an adult healthy pig that has been processed as ground pork. The pork is packaged in a chub (just like you always get it). The average chub weight is 1.181443200 pounds and are priced at $4.00 per pound (that is a huge savings over buying the half pig). This product is available only until it is gone, then will be available again the next time we have to cull a healthy animal.

This product is farm pickup only and you need to collect the order within seven days of purchase. Remember you can use the “Pay by Check option” in checkout to save us processing fees, bringing cash or check with you at pickup. 🙂
