You are buying a share of an adult healthy pig that has been processed as ground pork. The pork will be in the medium fat range (30ish%) and it is packaged in a chub (just like you always get it). The chubs average at 1.34 pounds each and they are $3.50 per pound (that is a minimum savings of more than $1.50 per pound over your normal ground pork). This product is available only until it is gone, then will be available again the next time we have to cull a healthy animal.

This product is farm pickup only and you need to collect the order within seven days of purchase. Remember you can use the “Pay by Check option” in checkout to save us processing fees, bringing cash or check with you at pickup. 🙂
