Beef Quarters Deposit

You are putting down a deposit for a cow/beef quarter.
These cows will be picked up Mid-August and will be processed and ready for pickup in early September.
If you want a half cow, order two quarters. If you want a whole cow, order four.
As this is a pass through from another farm that raises cows like I do my proteins, I can not absorb the credit card fee. If you are paying with a credit card, please select the “Payment Type” of Credit Card and it will add 3.5%.
The producer has been producing cows that have hanging weights of around 800 lb. (~200 lb. quarters) The price hanging is $4.25 per pound + butchery – your deposit of $100 per quarter. A link to the butchery cutsheet is below for your review (no need to fill it out yet).
This two images are from the 2024 Cows. The rounder steaks are ribeye with the cap and the butter fly shaped picture is the New York. Both had fantastic marbling!
