You are putting down a deposit for a cow/beef quarter.

These cows will be picked up August – Early September timeframe and will be processed and ready for pickup in September.

If you want a half cow, order two quarters. If you want a whole cow, order four.

As this is a pass through from another farm, I can not absorb the credit card fee. If you are paying with a credit card, please select the “Payment Type” of Credit Card and it will add 3.5%.

The producer has been producing cows that have hanging weights of around 800 lb. (~200 lb. quarters) The price hanging is $4.75 per pound + butchery – your deposit(s). A link to the butchery cutsheet is below for your review (no need to fill it out yet).

This two images are from the 2024 Cows. The rounder steaks are ribeye with the cap and the butter fly shaped picture is the New York. Both had fantastic marbling!
