You are putting down a deposit for a cow/beef quarter.

These cows will be picked up Mid-August and will be processed and ready for pickup in early September.

If you want a half cow, order two quarters. If you want a whole cow, order four.

As this is a pass through from another farm that raises cows like I do my proteins, I can not absorb the credit card fee. If you are paying with a credit card, please select the “Payment Type” of Credit Card.

The producer has been producing cows that have hanging weights of around 800 lb. (~200 lb. quarters) The price hanging is $4 per pound + butchery – your deposit of $100 per quarter. A link to the butchery cutsheet is below for your review (no need to fill it out yet).
